Come Follow Me
Come and follow where I lead you leave the past behind.
Even since the womb I've known your thought of every kind.
I taught you all you are and everything that you became,
But as servants of my kingdom everyone is just the same.
Come follow me, though the road is so long.
When you can't see where you're going
But you know just where you're from.
Come follow me, take my hand I'll be your friend.
Though all may stand against you,
I'll be with you 'til the end.
Come and follow when it seems
You just can't stand the cost.
Remember I will never leave you nor betray the lost.
I offer you forgiveness
My cross I share with you.
As servants of my kingdom share the pain of others too.
